Sunday was a wet and rainy day but the walkers for the Carroll Center for the Blind were full of sunshine. Shayna Seymour of WCVB's Chronicle was the emcee for event which brought over 250 walkers for a 1 and 3 mile loop. The walk was followed by activities including typing your name in Braille, food supplied by the Waltham Lions Club, and my favorite the Massachusetts State Police K9 demonstration.
